Terms

Companion is a relationship assistant delivered through Telegram with a private web account called Your Companion. New accounts can use Companion free for seven days after setup. Continued access requires a Telegram Stars subscription.

What Companion does

Companion can remember information you provide, suggest follow-ups, and draft text when you ask. It never sends a message to another person, impersonates you, or confirms that a real-world interaction happened without your input.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you share, how you use suggestions, and whether a draft is appropriate. Only provide information about another person when you have a legitimate reason to keep it. Do not use Companion for surveillance, harassment, illegal activity, or to violate another person's rights.

AI limitations

Transcriptions, extracted details, reminders, and drafts can be incomplete or wrong. Review important information before relying on it. Companion is not therapy, medical or legal advice, emergency support, or a replacement for direct human judgment.

Third-party services

Your use also depends on Telegram and on infrastructure or processing supplied by OpenAI, Railway, PostgreSQL, and Resend. Their availability and terms can affect the service.

Subscription and renewal

Companion costs 500 Telegram Stars for each 30-day subscription period. Telegram charges the subscription when you confirm payment and automatically attempts to renew it every 30 days until you cancel. Telegram sets the local price and availability of Stars.

Use /billing in Companion to cancel renewal. Cancellation stops the next charge; paid access remains available through the end of the current subscription period. You may resume renewal while that subscription is still active.

Payment support and refunds

Use /paysupport or email support@companion.social for purchase help. Telegram support cannot resolve a Companion purchase. If Companion fails to provide the paid service, contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, refund the relevant Telegram Stars payment.

Availability

Capacity and features may change. We may pause access to protect users, data, or service reliability. You can export or delete your data even without an active subscription using the controls described in our Privacy notice and Data deletion page.
