Send /help to Companion in Telegram for the current commands. Use /settings to open Your Companion, manage reminders, export data, revoke sessions, or delete your account.

If an access link has expired, request a fresh one from /settings. A link works once; using a link does not invalidate your other sessions unless you choose “Log out everywhere.”

For subscriptions, renewal, or cancellation, send /billing in Telegram. For payment help, send /paysupport or email support@companion.social. Companion accepts Telegram Stars only; it will not send you to an external card checkout from the bot.
