Data deletion

You control what Companion keeps. Choose the smallest deletion that solves the problem.

1. Open Your Companion from /settings in Telegram.
2. Delete one memory, or delete a person and the records tied to them.
3. Use “Delete full account” and type DELETE to remove the full account.

You can also send /delete_me to Companion in Telegram. Full account deletion removes active product data and stops proactive reminders. Provider backups age out on their normal retention cycle.
